DALLAS, TEXAS, December 3, 2019 — International humanitarian organization Baitulmaal has launched a crowdfunding campaign on LaunchGood to raise funds for emergency relief in Palestine and is inviting everyone to contribute and share the campaign on social media.
Baitulmaal field workers have been on the ground accessing the needs of Palestinians in Gaza following the recent violence. Urgent needs include food, water, hygiene kits and hot meals for hospital patients:
- 1,400 hot meals to hospital patients in Palestine
- 250 food packages delivering 4,500 meals per day
- 250 hygiene packages for families fighting infections
- Freshly baked bread for 3,600 meals per day via Freedom Bakery
